First single for Nile's upcoming album just dropped. I honestly didn't like it. I miss earlier Nile songs with the epic egyptian passages (i.e. Ramses, bringer of war), idk some might say that was gimmicky, but at least it was somehow different. This sounds like every other generic brutal death metal band. Boring and dissapoiting.

Nice, bro. German thrash for the win. I saw Destruction back in 07 or 08 for the first time. I have yet to see Sodom and Kreator live, though...

Yeah Nile are one of my favourite DM bands but I haven't been so keen on their latest stuff, including this
