New track by Nervosa. How have I never heard of this all-female Brazilian thrash/death band before? They're great!

Reminds me of Arch Enemy in their Wages of Sin era.

Check out Crypta former members of Nervosa they split off into two bands for whatever reasons, I dunno. They have more of a black metal influence to them. Imo both bands are brutal bunch of bad ass chicks for sure.

I always enjoy that aspect, to be honest, Tomas Lindberg of At The Gates was involved in so many projects alongside and in between At The Gates albums, it made it quite fun to try and track them down lol

I love Max Cavelera as much as the next guy but does he need to be in 20 different bands

i dunno it gets a bit lame like dude is having an identity crisis or some shit. lol Anyhoo i just pick the bands he does that i like and leave the rest. Side projects are cool but I will normally side with the original project in most cases like Dino from FF has other bands but i don't really listen to them much. Him and Max are both killer song writers though so it's not surprising they can pump out so much stuff. It was so cool when Dino filled on for guitar for a few Soulfly tours. Those two on stage together was pretty wild to see, they did a few FF songs as well just for kicks.

No not much a bit over the years he has another one Asesino i haven't really heard either. I am pretty familiar with the Divine Heresy albums though. I read that Lauren Hart is the new vocalist she's from the band 'Once Human' which also has Logan Mader in it formerly of Machine Head and Soulfy. I guess Dino plans do do another record or tour on it, i dunno for sure. I think she tried out for FF but he thought she'd be a better fit for DH

I saw Soulfly a few months back with Metal Mike DeLeon on guitar and they fucking killed it. I'm more of an old Sepultura fan than Soulfly but that was a fun show. I'm all for him doing projects with his brother, now I'll get to see Morbid Visions live.

I saw Warbringer in San Francisco last night that show was one of the wildest Ive been to. I got to catch John Kevill stage diving after the end of their set. Hatriot and Frolic opened up and had a crazy pit, wall of death, and even rowing LOL.
