Social The left are getting desperate (Candace Owens)

this is pretty telling, he plays 30 seconds of recording then just sits back and has no rebuttal to him being called out. This is the equivalent of throwing uncooked pasta at the wall hoping it sticks, but it never will. It’s getting pathetic at this point

So desperate they won the general election by 3 million votes and absolutely dominated the mid terms... sounds so desperate lol

No one even thought they wouldn’t win the senate.

The Dems crushed The mid terms because people hate GOP policy. If you could even call what they do policy.

The majority of the public aren't interested in politics and couldn't care less outside a major presidential election. The Mid-terms are more a show of whose base is more active at the time, which historically, the sitting president's party tends to lose, since they become complacent with victory. The Dems were expected to win the Mid terms based on this trend alone.

The fact that the Mid-terms were as close as they were, in spite of heavy social media censorship of Republicans and MSM propaganda in opposition--not allowing for an even playing field for people to become informed of policies--is hardly reflective of such, and not a good sign for the Democrats in 2020... where they have to take on Trump himself, and the majority of America will be paying attention.

If you think it's policy that has taken them this far, you may be in for a rude awakening. Since the loss of 2016, the Dems have doubled down and gone even further left, deviating away from centrists/moderates. While Trump is evidently appealing to more of the political spectrum, as shown through his relatively high approval rating.

Shhh, don't tell him that both the Obama and Clinton Dems performed far worse than Trump's Reps did in their first midterm elections, and were somehow still re-elected handily.

Idk what your seeing but the right wing got utterly owned there. Sorry bud

House of Representatives

LOL @ conveniently leaving the Senate out of it. Also, lets talk hard numbers:

Clinton '94 - 54 seats lost in the House. 10 seats lost in the Senate

Obama 2010 - 63 seats lost in the House. 6 seats lost in the Senate.

Trump 2018 - 40 Seats lost in the House. 2 seats gained in the Senate.

No matter how you slice it, Trump performed better. Your percentages mean jack shit.

"Conveniently"? I looked at the House because all House seats are up for grabs. Look up our system.

In America, presidents don't run in midterms (that's why we call them midterms). And if you're saying that the votes don't mean anything, I think you're pretty much conceding that you're not interested in genuinely analyzing election performance and are just lying out of hackery (even though you're not even American--that's pretty sad, you gotta admit). Carry on with that. People who want to know the truth now have the relevant data.

No, you just ignored the Senate because you couldn't spin the performances in any way that makes Trump's performance look worse. It kills me how you think you're fooling anyone with these obvious lies you tell.

"Bu-bu-but Canada!"

Really, Jackie? That's just sad. It's so easy to tell when you're rustled in the face of having your hacky spin job smashed into bits.

It says a lot about anyone who can watch that clip and think that Owens is the one who comes out looking good. She was the first to play the race card - "He thinks black people are stupid!" and the first to play the "some of my best friends are Jewish" card. Owens is an all posture, zero content moron.

And isn't it interesting that none of the clear and dramatic criticism of Adolf Hitler she expresses here is anywhere to be found on the tape from her interview about nationalism?

Her point in the taped interview was that Hitler wasn't a "true" nationalist because he had a global agenda and did not limit his programs to the nation of Germany. Whereas now she is trying to claim that Hitler was not a true nationalist because he murdered German citizens. It's laughable.

One of her handlers understood what an ass she had made of herself, came up with a better argument for her and gave her the script that she's now reading from. Her fake outrage over being "taken out of context" is ultra reprehensible. Owens is a dumpster fire.

No, really. You made a factually incorrect claim, and I posted the correct facts. You can screech all you want, but the numbers don't change.

Also, the Democrats received an historic percentage of Senate votes in 2018 - 59% (to 39%).

Republicans won 11 of the 33 races. Democrats won 20 of the 33 races.

Just so happens that four times as many Democratic seats were up for grabs in 2018.

Lol at the right using her because she's black. She's one of the most ignorant hacks I've seen. Cracks me up that anyone actually agrees with her very uninformed comments.

Did you watch the video?

Ignorance is bliss

Yeah, his original point didn't make any sense. But I guess he was just going for partisan cheerleading so accuracy didn't matter.

Yea, taking a 30 second clip with zero context as your proof is honestly retarded thinking

You should be embarrassed that you don't understand why Jack used the House (where all 435 seats are up for election so both parties are fully exposed to electoral gains/losses) instead of the Senate (where only 35 of 100 seats were up for election, and 26 of them were D and only 11 were R) - and why he used House popular vote instead of House seats flipped, Senate popular vote (both of which would appear more impressive for the Democrats anyways), or Senate seats flipped. Then, instead of heeding his explanation for why his use of House popular vote was most accurate and least misleading, you just reflexively said he was being a biased hack for....not misrepresenting the results in a way that was misleading and favorable to your inaccurate statement.
