Well fvck I agreeHeard a comment a few weeks ago that stuck with me.
"Joker2 was written in the same spite for the audience that 'loved' the main character in the original.... should be called the 'TLOU2 treatment.'
Yup, both original movie (Joker) & game (TLoU) had defenders of their main characters, which apparently wasn't the intention of the writer/producer of each project.
So the premise of each sequel was to destroy that respect each fanbase had for each main character.
Also Season4 of The Boys seems to have the same 'TLoU2 treatment' with a section of the fanbase enjoying Homelander as a character through Seasons 1-3, and the 4th seems to be written in a response to that fanbase.... and the entire show suffered for it, just like Joker2 and TLoU2.
It really displays how some writers/producers have contempt for their audience.
"You're supposed to buy/view my content, but not supposed to like who I'm trying to villainize or dislike who I'm trying to make the heroes."
Hahaha you ain't lyingWe told y'all the actress was miscast first season. Humans like looking at attractive people, it's hardwired into us. Having the lead character in a show be a potato is insane.
huh?Looks like HBO is trying to spin a false tale

It's more that she looks absolutely nothing like Ellie. Which is kinda important when you're casting a beloved character from one of the most beloved games ever.We told y'all the actress was miscast first season. Was listening to Critical Drinker's podcast a few days ago and one of the guests has 16 years of BJJ experience.
They break down the 'Self-Defence' scene.
TLOU 2 took everything we loved about TLOU 1 and destroyed it. It's the same thing The Last Jedi did to Star Wars and Dark Fate did to Terminator.Heard a comment a few weeks ago that stuck with me.

Yes, more things to cover a flesh out.I never played the games (because Xbox) so I was surprised to see how episode two played out.
Now I hear theyve confirmed season 3.... I'm guessing the second game is enough two break up into two seasons?
Does the actress for Abby get death threats like Laura Bailey get death threats though?TLOU 2 took everything we loved about TLOU 1 and destroyed it. It's the same thing The Last Jedi did to the Star Wars franchise.
