Just watched this movie for the first time in a while. This movie is amazing. From the way it was shot, to the comedy, to the characters, to the story. The soundtrack was amazing as well.

It also had a lot of funny quotes. Adrien Brody's were my favorite, particularly:

As do most Wes Anderson's, this one also ended on a solemn note. I wish he would make another movie already and quit fucking with cartoons. I like his movies so much im considering watching Fantastic Fox. Anyone know if it was good?

Yes, it was a great movie glad I decided to watch it. Shall have to rewatch some time. Zero is the man.

Don't hate on Fantastic Fox, it's one of his best movies.

Wes Anderson is one of my favourite filmmakers and Fantastic Mr Fox is one of his best, and arguably one of his most important. It's got all that trademark Anderson wit blended with melancholy and it looks fucking great.

Working with stop motion had a real affect on his career, IMO. He was always a very fastidious and aesthetically controlled director, but FMF really just bumped it up to another level. You can see stop motion style stuff being used in TGBH too, or at least, the use of models instead of real sets/locations or CGI.

If you get a chance, watch the behind the scenes stuff for FMF after you've watched it. I find that stuff fascinating. Such a complicated and arduous way to make a film.

I watched the movie and thought it was ok...but I thought that Oscar worthy was too much. Royal Tenenbaums was better in everyway to me.

I've seen it and remember enjoying it, but like most things a can't remember a thing about

Great movie, and yes, watch Fantastic Mr. Fox. It's terrific.

I really enjoyed that movie- saw it in the theater right new the end of its run. I have liked almost everything Wes Anderson has done.

Completely overrated movie.
Probably the worst Wes Anderson movie.
