Hasn't it been proven that this diet is good for the short term, but overtime you get more health problems? Eddie Hall just did a podcast about it where his buddy went over the negative effects. I did do carnivore for about a month and I did feel good, but holy shit is the diet boring.

No thanks. I am on a high carb diet. That will never change. I need my fuel for hard training session.

Only meat diet probably work if you sit and talk as your main think. Sitting in front on a camera or crowd, talking, i mean i dont think you really need carbs.

Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson, Andrew Tate, ect.. online personas that talk.

I did it for about 9 months or so. Had gnarly explosive shits for the first 10 days but after that it was all sweet. Got pretty shredded and my skin was amazing. After a while I needed carbs for all my training and recovery.

So you really lose a lot of body fat doing that diet?

I did it for 2 months and lost 11kg and felt great. I had alot more more energy and mental clarity.

But it did have bad side affects like serious constipation, then followed by explosive diarrhoea.

Humans seem to do best when we eat food cyclically, much like we would when living off the land and eating with the seasons.

But humanity has also spent large portions of time eating only meat and organs from an acquired kill.

It's just more optimal when we include some plants, medicines, greens, fruits as well when they're available.

But everything has timing and application. There's moments where a carnivore exclusive diet could be a strong tool for healing specific issues or general health. Other times a low or even no meat diet can also have a place.

A lot of health is just figuring out your own body, what's optimal for that specific moment and being cognizant of the fluctuations in terms of what's needed. Rather than aligning towards any one ideology.

Yes, there always something you have to sacrifice to do something extreme like this.

I’d say a lot of water weight but yeah a decent amount of fat. My body actually didn’t change as quickly as I thought it would. Was about 2 months in when I really noticed the differences
I did Keto for a month or so before I switched up to carnivore and I noticed the change instantly. I ate less and naturally fasted for 18hrs of the day without a worry. Another side affrct was craving dairy products. I was drinking cream and unpasteurised milk like water in the window I was eating.

I moved to Hawaii, dairy is real expensive, so I started eating less of it.

Felt way better.

The carnivore diet cured my lifelong asthma and psoriasis. Also helped me pack on lean muscle mass. It's legit as fuck.
People with auto immune issues should look into this. You might be surprised it's actually allergic reactions to dairy, grains and some of the plants you eat (which plants will vary from person to person). Meat is the best food for humans hands down.
