the republicans are much better at campaigning and will do whatever they have to to win, ala redistricting gerrymandering, trolling, or lying rigged elections to the point they stormed the capitol They will bring a howitzer to a gun fight. They are much more tactical and organized in their messaging, which you could see clearly when they all used the same phrases. their media uses fear to motivate very effectively versus the whiny nagging of left wing media

the democrats are terrible at campaigning and have allowed themselves to look weak on issues like the border while fighting tangential fights on niche issues. If the democrats were any good at messaging, taking away food and healthcare from the poor while running crypto scams, dictator like military parades, and building golden ball rooms would be something that would piss off most americans, because most americans, republican and democrat, don't want their neighbors going hungry or dying of preventable diseases.

This would essentially be my answer, even if I'm not sure much in the first paragraph qualifies as "good". It's effective messaging though, which is something the Democrats have been shit at for decades.

I agree with most of this. The last is a bit of nonsense. Vaccinated people got much less sick and the "all kinds of negative side effects" is an idiotic take. All vaccines have side-effects. And the reason they kept liquor stores open is for alcoholics. And it wasn't to be nice to them. It was to keep them out of the ER with withdrawals.

None of it was his fault because someone else was in charge of the big decisions.
