Come on bro. I love you, but don't be this gullible. You think the Trump endorsement was a coincidence?
The document the Republicans have been making fuss over is a raw intelligence collection. We get them all the time. It is an unverified claim from one person that there was a money order of $5 million between Burisma and Biden. Now, ignoring the fact that this is a pretty stupid claim, all parties agree that there is zero to substantiate it. It has about as much weight as me claiming, with nothing else, that politician X is on the take. The reason these documents remain classified, is because they are unverified junk. So republicans suggesting that the FBI is protecting Biden, is retarded. The FBI has made this document available for months, and any republican who goes down to a secure location and reads it comes away with a lot of that fire and brimstone missing.
Compare that to Trump. Regardless of what you think at this point, there are some undeniable facts that make his case much worse. 1) Trump signed a sworn affidavit that he had searched high and low and returned all classified material to the relevant parties; 2) We know he lied and over 100+ documents were found on his property.
Can't you see the distinction here? For Biden, you have one completely unverified source making a claim no one can substantiate (republicans have been trying this with Burisma for years); and for Trump you have him caught dead to rights with the documents themselves laying about his house.
Then, look at their denials. Do you really think trump looks better? Biden has maintained the same stance this whole time. He never took money from Burisma. Certainly not a fucking money order. And to date, no one has been able to show anything outside of shady parties making claims no one can back up. Conversely, look at Trumps denials: First it was the feds were lying and there were no documents. Then when they posted pics of the actual documents for evidence, Trump claimed the FBI planted them all. Then when that didn't stick, because the notion that dozens of guys conducting a search warrant in his house with his lawyers and staff present, were just blatantly planting evidence, then it changed to a legally horseshit excuse of "well I can declassify anything I want without ever telling anyone even when I'm no longer president." And then we got trump on tape, in his own words, talking about how he still has more classified documents.
Now with all that, you can't think it's the Trump indictment thats the actual distraction right? Not the republicans who spend months talking up FBI whistleblowers, only to have them be agents who got fired for stupid shit, like in one place leaking evidence to fucking Project Veritas? Then when that failed, we move onto this unsubstantiated document. And all of this happened when we knew trump was about to get indicted.
Please tell me you're able to see which side is slinging shit at the wall so that when trump finally got the hammer, his supporters could jump up and scream whataboutism.
