Elon will end up being the scapegoat, but it’s the Trump admin that ultimately should have to answer for this. Elon’s never had any business being in that position but they put him in it anyways. The blame lies squarely on Trump. They won’t though.

Fraud is when you get your long time lawyer to lie to a bank to secure a mortgage refinancing loan for home repairs but you use the money to pay off a hooker.

It's not when congress approves funding for programs you don't like. I hope this helps your confusion on fraud.

Fraud is a criminal offense. Don't you think they would have made a big show if it if they had found a bunch? This was a lie and excuse to cut programs and it was obvious when it was happening.

I made that original post months ago. I don't think I even posted in this thread until I was quoted this morning. I've pretty much been saying I agree this is a problem since it hasn't been demonstrated.
