Facts cant act as an arbiter, theyre just data ponts. They cant independantly do anything without an interpreter.
 
Realistically , declaring war on some random nation and doing all the usual stars n stripes murica! Schtick, vast majority of the press will parrot the same line, any dissent will be unAmerican, and lots of people will make bank.choose carefully the military power to fight, you don't want em too strong or it could be touch and go.
If you don't have a credible reason , just make some shit up..

You’re either confused or offended or both. If you think everything is up for debate, you’ll accomplish nothing and get nowhere; which is the problem America is facing as we speak.

When did I say that? All im pointing out is a fact is just a static piece of information; it doesn’t have the agency to judge, decide, or enforce anything. Which is why when you say, "Im talking about facts being the ultimate arbitor", it makes no sense. Is this more clear now?
