International The Department of War.

Another pathetic move on Trumps part, Pete Hegseth was probably jerking off at the thought of it and begged Trump to rename it.

I thought countries are supposed to be diplomatic and respectful, not FUCKING DEPARTMENT OF WAR MOTHERFUCKERS, shit is just stupid. But the DTS retard crowd that buys Trump bibles, meme coin, steak, dildos, anal beads, will be eating this up and loving it.

You aren't much of a "history" guy are you?

To butter up the followers and inform them that the "anti-war" President they voted for now wants more war. Time to get on board with it, MAGAts.

It's the biggest joke in modern politics.
Will there be more war?

Will there be more war?

I should think so. Only now the government will own it.

I think it most likely started with the "war on drugs" and the recent attack on a Venezuelan ship.

This one probably doesn't end with Venezuela and won't be conducted by proxies, though I suppose in a sense it's an attempt at intimidation of South and Central American governments.

Big leap imo.... the first 4 years displayed none of this. Maybe a threat to putin etc... but Trump is one of the few that didnt enter a new war/conflict. I dont think he wants this

It was The War Department for 158 years. Changed after WW2. Which was coincidentally the last war the US can claim to be a clear winner in.

Seems like a no brainer. Department of defense is a loser label. Tagged with L’s against cans like Vietcan and AfCANistan.

Depending on your outlook, this name change is either a big leap or a nothing burger.

But the US has just attacked a Venezuelan craft, and the "war on drugs" narrative pre-dates Trump's second stint as POTUS. Trump has had this particular hard-on for some time and has been escalating rhetoric for months.

I am not claiming he's ever declared outright war... but it's been trending that way for some time. Either everybody bows down to Trump as soon as he attacks them, or there will be war.

Trump had a troop surge in Afghanistan, threw hands with isis and bragged about killing a high level operative of theirs “like a dog” on national tv, stepped up action against Somalia, provided weapons, intel and logistical aid to one side of yemens civil war, vetoed a bipartisan bill to end that support, ordered missile strikes on Syrian government targets, ordered the killing of an Iranian general, Expanded use of drone warfare across the Middle East and Africa, and Increased Pentagon authority to conduct raids/airstrikes without White House approval.

You can litigate each of those incidences separately and decide if the actions were warranted or not, I’m not stating on opinion on if he should have done these thing. But he did far, far more than “maybe a threat to Putin”

It's worth spending a billion dollars over?

Did you have a memory lapse? They've been bombing Yemen and Iran like his entire Presidency, lmao.
