What cardio equipment did you use?
I see it now, I was reading an old post by accident. Those butterfly stretches are good stuff. I did a bunch of them in the past to try to help my guard game.
I had a 10th planet jiu Jitsu book back when I was younger and it had all this stuff about stretching for rubber guard. I did a lot of it and I’m surprised stretching from 10 years ago lead to good flexibility now. After doing it for a while I was able to get my knees to the floor for the butterfly stretch ch and can still do the full lotus thing. I think it’s also a good thing for injury prevention as long as you do it in a slow progression of stretching.Thanks. Yeah, I'm hoping to get back into BJJ next month, so I need to work on my mobility. Or I'll tap myself out just pulling guard.![]()
