The Curious Shrinking of Anthony Johnson

Seen him and shook his hand at local event maybe 6 months ago -dude looked lean and mean -classic fighter build

We all need WW Rumble back in our lives

That doesn't look like healthy weight loss - he's looking a bit weak and sickly. I think he's ill.
so this isnt a typical result while switching to a vegetarian diet? i thought you might be able to share your knowledge on the matter.

Now

He has said openly that he was juicing when he was bodybuilding

ITS CALLED a pump. People look bigger after they lift and/or excercise. you should try it sometime.

ITS CALLED moonface. It is a side effect from AAS. You should look it up.

But that is a drastid difference in a short time, pump or not.

Perfect time to come back at LHW.

Jones is fading and the division is wide open for contenders.

He took some years off to juice in peace, absorbed the benefits and is now going to come back clean after some solid cycles.

Probably just doesn’t feel like carrying around that much mass anymore.

Props to him if that’s what he’s shooting for.

After a while that stuff gotta get old walking up stairs and such.

Unless you have a Stipe type frame/bone structure....a cut up 180-210 (depending on height) >>> a massive 230+ with regards to how it feels living daily life outside of a gym.

Heres one while in motion after the pic you posted
Its a screen cap of a video when he was training
2 things.
Hes still wide as heck.
The other video shows mitrone doing pad work and rumble doesnt looks much smaller then him

His face is much thinner so a lot of the weight difference looks to be water & fat.

Plus he's likely pumped in the first pic after a workout.

Then there's age, less training, and lower dosages.

It's not much of a shrinkage considering all that. Still looks better than 95%.
