The fancy Organic cage free eggs were 30 cents cheaper than the store brand last time i went shopping.

It's going to go up. The egg industry price gouged during the pandemic while using a migrant workforce. They didn't have a supply chain issue during that time. Now it's the Avian flu and current prices are higher than during the pandemic. If they have to lose some of their migrant workforce. The industry is going to raise the price again. The government needs to change the visa laws. The current work visas are seasonal and this industry isn't a seasonal gig. Eh prices will go up too if they have to pay for the fees for sponsored workers.
