That trailer was dope as fuck!
I wasnt a fan of Nolans films but Im All In on this one
The Penguin reminds me of Al Pacino in Dick Tracy, I dig that vibe very much
 
Reeves definitely took inspiration from Alex Ross' illustrations of Penguin:

Looks alright. Also looks very familiar.

I'd be more hyped if Nolan's Batman didn't already exist. This just looks like more of the same. Like, if you were disappointed that Nolan didn't mess with The Riddler, well, here it is.

I feel you.

I think the sequel to this is what's really gonna set itself apart from the Nolan films and everything else that came before it. Can you imagine a fully formed Batman with the entire rogues gallery running around Gotham? This is going to be a special trilogy.

Good look. For the life of me I can't understand why the fuck the marketing for studios continue to upload these at 1080p. These trailers are finished at 4k(thats what the movie theaters get for their previews).

I hope so, but I'm not gonna say shit until I see it. TDKR looked amazing in previews too. All comes down to execution, and even the guy who took Batman down this more grounded route, fucked up the execution eventually.

One thing that I'm totally not feeling though, is Bruce Wayne. The long haired emo kid look...I don't know. Bold, but will it work? Have to wait and see.

Yeah, also agree with the look of Bruce in this. But I'm willing to bet that in the sequel Pattinson will have the more traditional playboy look as his Bruce evolves.
 
I admit I wasn’t sold on Zoe at all but when those stripper boots swung out of that car I started signing a different tune
 
Is he gay now or is it just Superman? Could we have a "Superman in Batman" movie in the future?
 
Shit, this Bruce is fuuuuuucked up. I'm absolutely loving this.

The Batman being Reeves' own thing and not part of the DCEU is why I'm so optimistic about this film. I couldn't care less about that Flash film or Black Adams, etc.

It looks like WB is gonna give Reeves the Nolan treatment and let him make his own trilogy. Let's F'n go!
