The titan parasite is still alive so everything they did was for nothing.
I was satisfied with the original ending (the bird flying off after tugging on Mikasa's scarf).

Anyone else see all the MAPPA backlash from the animators having trouble hitting deadlines for JJK season 2?

Going into the Fall 2023 anime season, I thought Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 was going to be my favorite. I was wrong. FRIEREN: BEYOND JOURNEY'S END is just magnificent. It's slow paced and deliberate but it's such a beautiful show with lots of poignant moments. The animation is fantastic and consistent. The show goes up to another level when they reach the demon arc. I can't wait to watch the remaining 3 episodes.

agreed. This anime just grows on you in a proper way. This one and The Apothecary diaries are the two series I most look forward to. This season is really good though. I am finding myself watching a lot of series.

I should start watching Apothecary Diaries again. I stopped at episode 2 and was going to watch more of it down the line. Thought it was pretty good. Had great animation quality. The female main character is funny.

@heavyarms21 Have you watched Frieren: Beyond Journey's End yet? You should. It's fantastic.
 
Why do the characters in Hajime no Ippo have smart phones and why is twitter (thwitter in their world) a thing? It’s the year 2000 last I checked?!?

I finished Blue Eyed Samurai and loved it. I tried Pluto, but found it slow. Now I am on Onimusha that is pretty good so far as well.

I stopped reading the manga when it was revealed nearly every damn character was a titan. I do not regret that decision, not in the least.
 
I ended up half heartedly rewatching JJK Season 1 and the movie that I just finished last night so I start watching JJK Season 2 tonight! Is it only 17 episodes or will there be more? Can't wait!

It is supposed to be roughly 6 more episodes left but the animators went against NDA and complained on twitter. Not sure what is going to happen to the rest of the season. New episode is supposed to be tomorrow.
 
What the fuck was this last Ippo chapter?
