Nah. I am not going to pretend I am better by reading something. They don't have subs on Japanese shows. They dub American media too.

You can argue Japan has a better pathway to training voice actors. I will not dispute that but I am just trying to workout and watch a show.
 
Been watching Golden Kamuy and this anime is a bit weird. The first season is very serious and raw. Then the second season everyone just gets a bit silly. It's still a good show and I'm enjoying it but it's just weird how almost all the characters went from being very serious to just kind of weird. A lot of homoerotic scenes and the dude with the messed up face gets really weird.

Overall good show but I can't really binge it. I watch and episode or two and then come back to it later.

Yea I'm still into it as the mystery and character back stories are interesting but I wish they wouldn't have changed the overall tone the way they did.
 
If any of y'all are Death Note fans then you'll probably want to watch the latest Simpsons Halloween episode.
 
Shit that annoys me 001:

Manhwa characters who aren't korean still using "nim", "unnie/noona" "sumbae", etc. to other non-korean characters.

I figured that was why. Waiting a week after each episode sucks but I wouldn't have the patience to wait until they are all out.

Honestly I'm so busy and watching anime is such a low priority use of my leisure time that it's easy to wait.

It depends on the show and how much I have to watch. Sometimes I get bored as fuck and I just start watching a show that I was waiting on. Like I did that recently with Made in Abyss. I was waiting but got bored one day and started it after like 5 episode were out. Burned through those 5 in that day and had to start waiting week by week.

Some shows are actively worse having to wait week by week. Like the last Demon Slayer. The fight with the prostitute demon was great but having it split up like that week after week ruins it. I wont make that mistake again with that show. AOT is another show that is way better when you binge it.
 
I saw some of the Bleach and Chainsaw man episodes. They seem to be rushing the blood war arc.
