No sorry it's not just mean words its calling the cops every chance he gets and that is what people get triggered byColby's mean words get people triggered to the point where they just disregard his skills as an elite fighter
Khamzat has a very small chance to catch Colby but if he doesn't....
Colby will just drown him with his pace for an easy 50-45 UD
Would look worse than the Mas fight
Khamzat was gassing badly against a former LW in a 3 rounder which was mostly a striking match where he got rocked and dropped by a former LW who he had a massive reach and size advantage over
Khamzat needs some 5 round experience before taking on an elite fighter who can strike and wrestle for 5 rounds like Colby
The UFC isn't really confident about booking this fight right now as they know the truth that Khamzat ain't ready for the truly elite fights at WW like Colby or Usman
Had Khamzat just destroyed the former LW in Burns easily then they would have booked the Colby fight right away
Khamzat couldn't even make weight against former LW Nate Diaz and just panic wrestled against 1 day notice Holland who didn't even train wrestling for his original match against D-Rod
Only concern is that Colby might be out of his prime and not the same after the vicious assault he suffered on the streets from Mas & the Neik boys but we'll have to see how brain-damaged and physical therapy'd Colby does

Even this isn't true.Strickland had no chance beating Pereira striking wise
styles make fights
If this fight gets made it will be an absolute mismatch. Khamzat is faster, stronger, taller, has more reach, has better striking, better wrestling, is more aggressive and has better submissions.
Colby is an inactive 35 year old fighter that has fought a legion of 37 year olds and the champ (twice).
The narrative is that Colby’s only way to victory is outcardio him. Everyone including his hardcore fans doesn’t even deny that he’s not going to take the first two rounds. But here’s the thing: appearantly in the 3rd or 4th round Khamzat will most definitely gas and Colby, being some mythical phoenix fighter, will rise up in the 3rd or 4th round completely fresh, as if he had been fully healed by our lord and saviour Jesus Christ himself. The damage, wear and tear and exhaustion Khamzat would’ve laid on him will be completely gone and he will rally to take the decision win.
Something like that innit? Did I describe it right?
Khamzat will gas in the third and Colby will throw 300 punches a round, with 15 takedowns in the last two. Colby wins a UD and gets a titleshot
Even this isn't true.
The skill gap between those two's striking isn't as big as the skill gap between Cro Cop and Randleman's.
Randleman still dropped Cro Cop on the feet and then KOed him on the ground.
We've seen world class strikers in MMA get KOed by grapplers and world class grapplers being submitted by strikers.
There is no such thing as a lock in MMA.
MMA is too unpredictable to say that Pereira wins against Strickland 100 times in 100 fights.Grapplers only ko strikers because of the takedown threat. strikers get caught by shots they weren’t expecting because they were thinking about stopping the takedown. Strickland wasn’t going to takedown Pereira, Alex had nothing to worry about and just did his thing.
I'm definitely gonna splash some money on it mate dwNo problem ... bet ur house, your car, your life's savings dude.
Easy money!

Look at Hisaki Kato vs Joe Schilling. Schilling's striking is a million lightyears ahead of Kato's. Yet Kato KOed him, rematched him in kickboxing, Schilling's own sport, and KOed him again.
I'll repeat myself. There is absolutely no such thing as a lock in MMA. There is no such thing as a fighter having no chance against any particular opponent in MMA.
Sure. That doesn't mean it's impossible for her to lose though. She almost got beaten in her last fight.Oh yea? What about Shevchenko vs just about every other female 125er? I’m betting on Valentina every single time

Sure I don't disagree. Nothing we have talked about has disproven that there's no such thing as a lock or a sure thing in MMA though. She still won against Santos and I’d bet on her again in the rematch.

Big favourites exist and they exist for a reason, but there is no sport that even comes close to MMA where big favourites lose so much.
