Holy Shit, my plat ran out and I tried to visit Sherdog on Mobile... It's barely scrollable on mobile with the amount of ads on top, below, and between posts. not to mention the pop up banner

Even on the laptop it's like half ads on the page at all time.

How are people using Sherdog without plat? Must be Adblock or something.

I'm gonna resume my plat shortly because there's just no way I can use sherdog like this.

There’s a yellow Goldman Sachs ad that is extremely annoying on mobile. Covers the length of a whole post and covers the like/reaction buttons on posts. Sometimes I can read one half of a post and then can’t read the rest because this ad is covering and is uncloseable:

An ad is taking over the entire page randomly this morning and making the forums vanish. The fact that you guys cant run a website and forum without all of these ads just proves none of you have a clue what youre doing and probably shouldnt be in charge of anything.

The video ads that pop up on the bottom right are now starting to immediately play a bit of sound and then stop. This is especially intrusive on mobile when you have another program that lowers the volume any time something else starts to play. Also means that I have to mute my phone or put my earbuds in just to browse a bit at the office.

*edit* JUST had a page where the ad played a noise, I x'ed it out, and then it reloaded the same ad and played the noise again less than 10 seconds after I x'ed it out.

I was just doing some counting. And after you close out the sometimes THREE ads that are on the bottom of the page (one of them that lines up so that the x is hiding behind the "go to the top of the thread" arrow), one of them sometimes comes back, but more than that, the bottom right video ad comes back every 9 seconds. I just sat there not reading the thread, just closing the video over and over again counting repeatedly the 9 seconds between me x'ing the ad and it coming back


AND it's so great when the x isn't clickable on a fresh ad so you click the content on the site under the ad and make me accidentally post my comment early like it just did for this post

I cannot understate how bad this is. Autoplaying audio on video ads that cannot stay closed more than 10 seconds.

I was quite annoyed in the UFC 305 PBP thread too... was browsing on my phone but tons of bottom ads so I had to switch to my laptop. And this is WITH PLAT.

But damn, some of these screenshots from normal users... Holy shit.
Are we really trying that hard to chase people away from Sherdog Forums? That too, there are so many alternatives these days.
