Same people that are offended by Confederate monuments. No, Ft. Bragg (U.S. Army), NC, is not changing its name. Named after Confederate General Braxton Bragg.

He is widely considered to be one of the worst generals in the American Civil War (terrible results, average talent along with bad luck). It's a wonder why his name ever went up there to begin with but it's North Carolina so whatever. You find me a slew of Jim Crow era monuments dedicated to him... I've only found one (in a cemetary - and that might be his grave) so he certainly wasn't a popular one outside of NC...
