You posted a video of you struggling with 5 chin ups with like 25 lbs strapped to you. That is INCREDIBLY weak.
Chin ups are theeeee easiest bodyweight exercise. You should be able to do 15 LEGIT(not swaying like you do) with relative ease.
You are delusional believing you are in good, let alone great shape.
I bet I can do more one handed pushups than both of yall and I'm fatTime to show and prove. You don’t have a camera phone? takes a second to set up. Or do you larp all day on sherdog till Comic-Con.
