Considering the UK's current focus on a two tiered system while allowing Paki rape gangs to operate with impunity for decades Im real fucking skeptical about the validity of the charges.

He released an instructional video detailing how he uses the loverboy method to emotionally manipulate women to get them into cam girl work then tell them he was paying their tax for them and not pay any tax at all, so we should be good for getting him for theft and tax evasion at least.

United Kingdom: 21 Criminal Charges​

The UK's Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has authorized 21 criminal charges against Andrew and his brother, Tristan Tate.

• Andrew Tate: 10 charges, including rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution for gain, involving three women.
• Tristan Tate: 11 charges, including rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking, involving one woman.

These charges pertain to alleged offenses committed between 2012 and 2015. A European Arrest Warrant was issued in 2024, but extradition from Romania is pending the resolution of their legal matters there.

Additionally, Andrew Tate is facing a civil lawsuit in the UK filed by four women, scheduled for trial in 2027.

Romania: Ongoing Legal Proceedings​

In Romania, Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in December 2022 and charged in June 2023 with:

• Rape
• Human trafficking
• Forming an organized crime group to sexually exploit women

In August 2024, Romanian authorities expanded the investigation to include:

• Trafficking minors
• Sexual intercourse with a minor
• Money laundering
• Attempting to influence witnesses

As of January 2025, procedural issues have delayed the trial, and the case has been returned to prosecutors for further evidence.

United States: Investigations in Florida​

After Romanian authorities lifted a travel ban in February 2025, the Tate brothers traveled to the United States. In March 2025, Florida's Attorney General initiated a criminal investigation into Andrew Tate's activities.
