Funny. They already have a plant in Indiana. They say 0 about building a new plant. It could just be they are rearranging what models are built where. This could just be Honda ensuring only their customers are hit with the increased manufacturing costs. Also a lot of the parts that go into their cars would still be hit with tariffs. So we are still screwed.

Or it is simply PR from Honda for people who won't look further into things because they sound good.

I don't if I would used the word "crushed"; because it seems rather harsh but the mfg may feel some heat. We will have to wait and see. The increased cost of raw materials, components and parts will increase the price of many domestically manufactured goods.

Everything will get more expensive because tariffs will be paid by the consumer. I am not against tariffs in all cases. Just don't think the US should apply it to Canada and Mexico.
