I'm surprised to see that there are no links to the Tactical Barbell programme online. You can't search for info on 531 without stumbling across numerous places that describe not only the whole programme or provide a calculator, but sites that actively host the entire 531 book.

I could only find fluffy reviews of the Tactical Barbell programme but nothing substantial, and certainly not any PDFs of the whole programme.
