As an additional note, is a shame Wolfman got banned not long after this thread.
He was on point about systema (whatever its speculated origins) being an advanced training methodology for enhancing other styles.

Despite what the haters and ignorant here had to say (including ignorant russians of whom there are some), it represents advanced internal martial arts refinement of how you train.

Wolfman can be saluted for being one of the few in the mma sphere who recognized and had the guts to acknowledge this openly.
