1. Too many damn hours. I regret nothing

2. Most important issue was to go back to school and get my degree which I did. Also, to get myself a car which I also did. And I also wanted to start traveling more which I've been doing. Was going to Italy in May but we know why they didn't go as planned. Right now, my most important issue is figuring out my next career move.

3. Biggest change in my life I'm not entirely sure. So much has happened these last five years I couldn't just pinpoint one particular thing. I'll give it some thought

Hard to believe it's been a decade

I remember that Silva vs Sonnen I fight as clear as day. First UFC event I ordered and my goodness. I literally jumped out of my chair scaring the shit out of my dog (RIP) when Silva put in that triangle. Sonnen is from my home state so I wouldn't have been too upset if he got the MW belt. Got to see the rematch live at the MGM

I heard Love The Way You Lie about 3 weeks before Em's Recovery album dropped. The minute I heard that chorus I knew it was going to be hit song. They were playing it on the radio before the single was officially released after the album leaked. Went straight to No.1 before they even started promoting it

First trip to Hawaii happened that year too. Listened to Arcade Fire's The Suburbs album the entire plane ride. Wasn't even a big fan of theirs but that album was and still is incredible
