There yes are big problems.
Some % of migrants are willing to learn language and to establish business or at least to work. Ofc this isn't bad for budget.
Some % are pretending that they does have big problems to learn language and therefore they does not have job and locals should pay for their housing and utilities because they can't learn language even with free courses offered etc like stuff. Cos Sweden on paper doesn't have nukes and therefore for Russian world it isn't country at all.
