I really enjoyed it and gave it an 8/10. There were some major plot holes, but overall it was lighthearted and fun. I know that it takes the fun out of a movie when Superman can destroy everything and everyone but I did feel like he got beat up for 9/10's of the movie. Kind of bugged me a bit.

can’t help but feel like Gunn was reigned in a little too much by the studio for this one. either way, the end result was exactly what they wanted/needed—a crowd pleaser that wasn’t afraid to lean into Superman’s cornier side again

That was the point. Superman needed to be humbled a bit so the stakes were a little higher.

i'm on my fourth day of trying to finish this movie. i feel like i'm being pranked, it's so bad.
Superman being hysterical in a discussion with Lois. completly looking like a douche that throws a tantrum and slams the door on his way out.
EVERYTHING having that cartoony cgi look and feel. every line of dialogue sounding like they're written either by CHatgpt or by a highschool movie project team. that absolute embarrassment of "where's my dog" scene.

this is one of the dumbest movies i have ever seen.
Thought I was the only one

it's a decent movie. The cast for Lex is great, looks and feels the part. The highlight was Mr Terrific, he was erm...Terrific!

Man needs his own movie or series, he was a superstar here.

Watching this right now, about half way through.

So far so good, but holy shit the film score is nonstop and repetitive.

Finally watched this as was on an 11 hour flight with limited options

Knew it wasnt going to be very good but wasnt prepared for just how poor it was

Superman isnt very super at all. A right wee gimp. Stuff like the interview scene with Louis particularly cringeworthy. Not the stoic type character you are used to. An overly emotional little teenager.

The justic gang shocking too. The green lantern, dear god.

The whole thing just feels wrong throughout. No wonder it struggled at the box office
