Thats the thing. Even after going down to EMPs multiple times he is still vulnerable to them. Maybe he is just to much of an alcoholic playboy to care.

You can easily shield against EMP's. Batman would have no other option but to try and steal one of the suits and I'm sure Tony's encryption is light years ahead of anything Bats has ever encountered. 24 hours would not be enough time.

The thing I hate most about Tony Stark is the fact he's a basically just a computer nerd with lots of money. He's terrible with interpersonal relationships and has driven 3 companies into the ground. The whole cool rock and roll playboy persona is something they wrote for the movies. Comic Stark is a shithead.

By Thor's own admission he was, "No longer holding back" in this fight. Bear in mind that Thor can summon lightening bolts powerful enough to kill the Sentry, who is the living avatar of the Wrath of God.

There's a huge difference between one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe, especially when he's pissed off enough to bring his A Game, and a human being. No matter how smart, talented and dangerous he is. At the end of the fight, Thor warns Tony not to attack Asgard or, "Learn again the difference between a God...and a man in a metal suit."

And so what if he's a computer nerd? He's a genius who uses his intelligence to better the world. What makes Wayne a better person? He inherited his wealth, just like Tony. But at lease Tony's companies actually did just as much good for the world as the Iron Man suit does. Doesn't matter if he drove them into the ground, they did something good.

As far as interpersonal relationships, Bruce is no better. He's never happy and can never have a healthy relationship with a person. But who cares about that shit? They do good and fight criminals. It's fun to have heroes who are badasses at fighting evil but are not perfect in their personal lives.

Only reasonable way Bat man wins is a sneak attack on a non-armored Stark. Quick knockout before he can activate the suite.

Since that's a really boring story, I picked Iron man.

That power ring is still more dependant on the wearer than Iron Man Suit is dependant on Stark. Anyone can use that suit.

That is one way ole Brucy will beat Stark. He can upload an AI into Iron Man Suit, and it takes over and kills Stark. He will make an alliance with Brainiac

Lulz, if that's what you think of Iron Man, then you need to read up a little. Stark has a lot of different weapons at his disposal and a lot more than Wayne does. In WWH he is able to command a giant laser attack from a space satellite while he is still on the ground. Give Batman all the prep time in the wold, Stark crushes him.

Then Batman should be able to use the Justice League Watchtower and blast Stark with the laser that is on it.
