Nah we went to the Grand Canyon. Im here for a tournament he loves baseball like all of the other guys here. What have you been up to all week? sitting down in your office building while selling teenagers programs that you learned about from someone else's scientific ability and pretending you are making a drastic positive change in the world?
 
Guys I just drove right by the UFC performance center and told father lets make a stop there so that I can fight anybody that's willing and he said no he cant stand the UFC.

Like imagine I walked by Jon Jones gym and said to someone I´ll fight Jon right now but I just don´t feel like it. Maybe end of the year I´ll fight Jon. On my Ps3.

Sometimes I say things to hype myself up and get motivated. I am simply not motivated by a powerlifting meet at this time. Is that ok with you?

What happens that statement is a Priori as in ive already actually done what ive said ive done I just haven't posted it onto sherdog for drew and ASU?

so why didn´t you said I could lift in the past. I have lifted. Why do you say I can total 1500 ? If I can total 1500 I can also post it.

I estimate I can squat 100 kg, DL 180 kg, and Bench press probably 125 kg. So that´s total 405 kg or 892 pounds. Wow really rubish XD. 1500 ? Like who here can do 1500 ? Sounds fucking huge. I sense lies. Saying I did 1500 somewhen, can be true but most are not gonna believe it without proof. Ok I just am starting DLs and SQts, hence my numbers are low. I mean I´m close to 38 so it´s not like I´m 17 and progressing lightning fast.

I wanna hit 180 kg dl and 130 kg bench press soon. I think I should go for that next. I think I´m pretty much there with DL. Bench maybe in 1 month of work.

However 1 month of not work equals to not 130 kg bench press but to 90 kg bench press. You use it or lose it. Realistically right now I can bench 120-125.

Thing is there is so much to do. If you go for squat you fall behind on bench. If you go for lifts you do less cardio. Ect ect. It´s not easy to make it all grow and improve.

If you stop going you restart with 70% and need to get back to where you were.

TLDR 1500 total is a claim and people don´t believe you.

Hence I´m a fan of posting videos. And being honest about lifts. If I squated 70 kg for reps I just tell you.

sounds funny. Do you lift ? What is your DL SQT BP when you go to the gym the last 3 weeks ?

I actually do not know that is why I guesstimated in this thread. I am using an olympic lifting program from barbell medicine currently.

good luck and have fun. I´m off to the gym in a bit. I think I´ll do some chest strength. Short term goals are for motivation. Let me randomly work for 130 kg BP which would be a personal best. Posting it would give me a dopamine hit. Result is = I do work and improve. I never did 130 kg BP. Most ever 125 kg like +10 years ago. I´ll go for a fresh 110 kg set after warm up. Than some more stuff. Currently I never max out a muscle group in a workout. So I´m not sore and can go again. Being sore is bodybuilding shit. Destroying a muscle. I like to do some whole body excercise each time. And if I got a sore part I can´t do it well.

I guess I can do bench press, overhead press and barbell flys today. Half an hour. But won´t totaly destroy it and make it sore.

Lunges would be a good idea also. Than some "functiuonal" stuff, my usual bag rounds, stretch 10 minutes and than a small swim. Gotta show of my fat body.

Functional stuff is fun. It´s called the freestyle area I call it functional. Which is basically a mix of cardio and strength. But without barbells or bars.

When you hitting the gym again ? What do you weigh, 200 ? Height ?

im 187 5'9". You certainly dont have to train with barbells.
