Sup?

You getting ready to lay down the hammer emoney?
Breaking the masters deadlift record would actually be fairly easy for deadlift Im pretty positive I could do that by years end and that's saying a lot. The squat no. The bench is a question mark because Ive been training like an olympic lifter for 2 months now. Maybe you think I should stick with distance running?

Deadlift record fairly easy? No, probably not. The bench is out of your range. You’re not going from a t&g 275 to a paused 358 or whatever the record is. You don’t have the upper body strength for a big bench.

But you won't...

does this piss you off to drew?

Nice work Emoney! You are close to a 300 paused bench, only 58 lbs more to go.
You made the claim only benched 275 as my all time PR. You may as well learn pig latin then come on here and speak in gibberish until you get help.

How does any of this prove your point about being reasonably close to the m1 bench record? You’re posting sub 300 touch and go bench press sets. Obviously you need to put in some work on your initial setup instead of just laying down on the bench like a wet noodle. Also, I can tell switching from t&g to a legit pause is going to dramatically affect your top end numbers.

What did we end up with for the PR? I can't tell with those plates?

Would you like me to post a tng rep? My numbers for each are like a 10 pound difference. Drew I do not care about gaming my numbers with technique tricks. im after dummy strength here ok man.

I'd honestly be surprised if you could pass a 295 lbs bench in a competition. This is pretty much your MO. Make a claim as though you'd be in the ballpark of a 358 lbs competition bench, post something not near it, and then claim you don't care about doing it.

Based this video and with your current sub-par technique, I doubt you'd be able to do much more than 300 lbs with a meet pause. It'd get stapled to your chest or barely get a few inches off it.

358 isn't even reasonable for you to type out.

Perhaps I developed Alzheimers between the post you are talking about and the video? I dont recall ever saying I would break the bench record but rather I said it was a question mark. If I bulked up with veracity i'm pretty sure we both know I could im just not going to bulk up to over 205. How would I do it? I would train with a powerlifting specific program, start and start gaming my technique. Honestly I can probably get close to it since I have done 335 TNG under 200 pounds. Conditioning, power, maintenance of baseball skills is more important to me currently and Im one of the better players at my level of play even without tremendous genetics for power. That said I did not lie to you. I paid the registration fee to the USAPL I just need to find the right one that aligns with my schedule and hope that Mother Nature doesn't destroy my plans this time. You guys travel for meets the same way I travel for baseball tournaments across the country so in essence a baseball tournament is basically my powerlifting meet to you guys except it is much more fun IMO. Strength training in some capacity pretty much helps with anything as you know so you have my word if I do not die I will do a meet.
