IIRC, Hitler actually super inflated the deutsche mark to the point that it was useless.
The hyper inflation in Germany occured 1914 to 1923 - long before Hitler was even in politics.
At that time it also wasn't the deutsche mark that only came into existence in 1947. It was simply called mark. After 1923 first the Rentenmark and then (in 1924) the Reichsmark where institutionalized to replace the worthless Papiermark.
What he did however was to invest a large amount of borrowed money to get the German industry going after the great depression of 1929.
He did this to such an extent that by the mid 30s the Nazi party new that they would have to declare war at 1941 latest (enabling them to nationalize industry) or declare bankruptcy.
