I think the tweet from OP has the same source, words from Ivan 'Ural Hulk' Shtyrkov. They're not close training partners.

I went through Shtyrkov's instagram and all recent training footage comes from his gym in Yekaterinburg. Which is far away from the camp Chimaev has had in the Chechnyan mountains. I think specially now when Arman Tsarukyan explained the plans just some day earlier of being part of Chim's camp in both Russia and the US, it all makes zero sense tbh.

I feel like this is just misinformation based on them having trained together before.

Funny that you said that. When I heard this I was thinking "If he is injured, I bet he's trying to get the fight moved to October in Abu Dhabi. What a coincidence that would be??"

If that does happen, the UFC will be desperate to fill that UFC 319 main event. The only real options would be Ankalaev vs Jiri/Pereira, or Aspinall vs Gane/Volkov.
