Strict curls seem to be a thing now online.

Show us your efforts, Sherdog.

My strict (olympic) barbell p.b was 70kg in 2016.

Just started training arms again and struggled with 60kg and nearly blew an eye out.

I'll film my next efforts.

70kg is a strong curl. I don't do curls at all, I find biceps grow enough from all the other exercises. Pullups are awesome. Concentration curls occasionally do get a nice pump.
Yeah. Was very proud of that natty as was tempted loads of times for the needle.

I only trained them once as a filler when doing strength training seriously but I'm a big lad and rowing and pull ups do enough for me to.

Still wonder what true limits are, enhanced or otherwise. Ridiculous strength on some people.

I am going to curl twice a week in my yard.

Only with the Oly bar available in the gym, using either a bench press station, or squat rack, to rest the bar in between sets.

wearing a Body by Soloflex shirt.

Back in the 90s are we?

Sigh... ok i remember what to ask.

Whats more impressive? A 50lb db curl or a 315lb row?

Nothing against curls, but I’m questioning whether going for a 1RM max effort curl makes any sense whatsoever.

Nah brether, biceps get enough work from rowing and pulldowns

Depends on the person, I assume.
For me, they don't.
Maybe supinated grip rows and chins.

That was his low IQ attempt to bait a response out of me lol.

You took it instead.

Yeah, didn't follow the reply, now I see what he was trying to do.
Good for him, I am glad he takes satisfaction in such small things.

Small things, small minds, etc.

His post/thread history should be enough to let you know lol.
