Strickland beat Pereira so badly that he broke his ankle. Is Pereira done?

Both mentally and physically he could be done. I have had an ankle injury that never fully recovered. Even now, 5 years later, my ankle still feels unstable. Also, getting beaten so badly by an MW it got to fuck with your mind too.
