I do martial arts and require explosive strength, speed and endurance.
Does any one know the basic execution formula for strength, speed & endurance? example: sets, reps, rest & speed of movements (seconds) for each of the 3 above??
And also how to work them into your program? should you train in all 3 area each workout? or do speed one week, strength the next and endurance the following, then repeat? which way is the best?
