Yeah that's what I've heard. Will get some serious reading done for sure.



Feels like everyone used Ryu right now and I never see any grapplers. So far Cammys and Vegas get me the worst.

Guys, UltraChan (sp?) hosted a Twitch episode talking about the uses of training mode. There was so much stuff in there I learned by watched the first 45 minutes. It was on at 9:30 last night so I fell asleep, but I highly recommend you guys watch it. It really goes into how deep it is.

If someone could upload the YouTube video for everyone, it would be appreciated. I'm at work and don't have access. If not, I'll upload it tonight.
 
I've been doing alright in ranked matches so far, except against Ryu. I can't even have a close match against a Ryu, it's usually just a one sided beating.
 
Well he does 2 much damage atm.. Im sure one shoryuken does more than a hitconfirm with rashid

I believe both Bison & the Russian have stronger damage and Birdy/R. Mika is about equal. At least that's what their graph's show.
 
I've been hovering around 1,000 LP with Rashid. Could really use a functioning challenge mode to help fine tune characters.

Competition is generally pretty strong... I'm definitely tiers below better players.

He can get around 300 meterless off of a crush counter.

I caught some of that stream. Really informative. I'd say most players, including myself, just go into training mode and start pushing buttons. The record function is super useful as you can emulate a lot of different situations and work on how you deal with them.

That's exactly how I use the training function, but it's so much deeper. The block options alone are really amazing features. That's really going to help my game and the way he explained how to use the 'counter' options was also really awesome. Really great stuff and should help anyone out. I missed the more advanced stuff, but I'll be checking it out later tonight. All about dem Hit Confirms!
