I reloaded at the 100$ dip. Now I'm just holding. Don't think I'll sell any tbh. This stock is going to $200 eventually.
Sold for a little over a 100, and was going to get back in under a hundo and then missed it.
I am sitting on $LCID call dollars, spread some of it to my high yield Dividend ETF's(SPYD and $VYM), and got powder, was thinking about jumping back in but pride is a mother fucker and hate jumping back in a stock for more than I sold it for.
I agree I think $200 is in play.

I like URI, but I have a hard time dipping into something that is already up 66.5% YTD. The beast is up 450% over the last 5 years. 1,500% over the last 10! Give me a time machine!

Container leasing is a pretty boring but also remarkable business. You see those things everywhere, at least here in NY. The asset has a 40 year life but it only takes a few years to break even on it.

We'll see. Maybe I'll dip in.

ARKK ytd has been flat as a pancake. I wonder if it wasn't for Tesla how well her fund would really be doing..

My mistake was not following her into PACB recently.
They've gotten outside bigtime investments in the $30+ range and was accumulating in the low 20s

closed lidr (short) calls for pennies. waiting to sell the next strike once the earnings run hits.

I knew Zillow was fucked. I am an appraiser. Zillow got in the house flipping game. OpenDoor does the same thing but are way better at it.
What they do is buy your home. Typically wash and wax it and then resell for a profit. The last 3 months I have appraised 6 Zillow homes that sold for less than they paid.
The plus side is next time someone tells me the Zillow value of their home, I will say when Zillow backed those values with money, they almost went bankrupt.
Cliffs: Fuck Zillow.

so i bailed on my solar plays (well, unless one considers SUNL actually solar. also, lolz) in time for spwr's implosion. but i figured i'd be back in for another ~10% savings. but they're being stubborn and staying up. i might end up buying into tsm again if it stays flat for a little longer.

there are only a couple regrets i have in terms of shit i sold (and i had nio @ 2, gme @ 3, amc @ 2, etc) - but tsm is one of them (flipping enph from 40 to ~50 in like 3 days is another. wish i kept them, and that has nothing to do with their current price). of course, the china takeover risk is at an all-time high now...
 
speaking of garbage, buying tmc @ 2.85 last week doesn't look so stupid now.

weird, semis are my favorite to day trade and i've been jealous/itching to do so for the last forever, while stuck in an arbitrage play.

They are good to day trade for sure but I can’t handle the anexity man I have given up and gone heavy on SoXL and USD etfs instead. Too much FOMO otherwise

Fundamentally I think it's a good stock but there could be more downside. Sellers are in control right now. There's some support around $225. If that breaks could see below $210. I would average in if you want to start a position.
 
OPFI up 9 percent. Locked in and sold half. Easy play. I fell a sleep a missed it at 13% lol.

God damn chewy was a steal in the 60s. Now heading north back to the 80s.

Zestimate is a joke. The owner who bought my previous home in 2017 put her house on the market a few months ago. I was alerted because Zillow thinks I'm still the owner. Even with the recent crazy home prices she priced it way above market value. Guess what happened to the zestimate? It went up significantly the day it listed and It was above their exaggerated asking price. I should have put my home on the market, price it 20% above the comps and then uses the zestimate to sell it to Zillow.....
