Economy stonks v21

i flipped root from 6.67 to 6.79

was in and out like grandpa simpson

edit: oof @ biden's speech.

dis gonna get scotus'd... not sure if civil suits can hit or not, though.

I picked MILE at the close.
Shoulda gone back to ROOT

ROOT has been beaten to an absolute pulp. It's not even a bad stock IMO, I think there is some real value in the stock long term though. There was an interesting article by Citron in March on ROOT pointing out the company is misunderstood. Anyway, might hold for a while, believe there is some juicy upside here.

yeah I covered it for a while in past threads.
MILE has mark cuban money and similar play.

I have never heard of it but looking at the charts holy heck its been butchered too. Looks near bottom IMO, looks a good play. Insurance companies just aren't pretty.

soac ticker (despac) changed to tmc today. options are juicy. playing this one basically in every direction... the iv is amazing. they might dilute, but i suspect they'd just make any offerings at $10, anyway. (despac'd with low percentage, iirc)

options sweet for mile, too. so i bought a small position and sold calls.

celh at ath. actually bought some puts yesterday and closed this morning for a 8% gain. original put is obliterated. lolz.

path keeps being right at the threshold for me to move and then... stops. blue balls on this one. don't have much, but was planning on being in and out. oh, well.

watching lidar but no moves. sold some vldr (short) calls. might buy weird oust calls if it dips, the $5 2/2022 are ~$3 (and the sp is ~8), so... the lidar plays are starting to look like fpga vs asic to me, after researching them from the perspective of xlnx. lolz. currently thinking that asic and fpga might be splits, with mvis (asic) being the strong play on that side and the fpga side looks wide open/nuts, with companies like indi (fpga maker) buying small lidar companies... and oust/vldr working with xlnx. and whatever lazr's doing...

$UEC with the 13% pop today.
$GEVO gave back a 1/3 of what they popped yesterday.
Was going to sell some this morning because I knew it was going to drop after huge jump. Fell asleep on the couch after dropping my daughter off at school. Wont be the last time her education will cost me money.

Out of the LiDAR stonks, LAZR is the one I like the least, which means they will win the war.
Big bet on $MVIS, but have been in and out a couple times. Still have core shares I bought below 2.
Jumped on $VLDR after your post. Down a little but not too worried, its a long play. They have capital and a nice hedge on $MVIS.

well, lazr is asic (i just checked now), so you should have more reason to hate on them.

although, the jury's still out with how much asic vs fpga will matter in the end. if mvis gets funding/etc, the (much) higher initial costs should be moot, giving them a substantial advantage (re: manufacturing/etc, at least). that said, xlnx has made considerable performance gains to their fpga lines... could be a coin flip.

$MVIS has always had money problems.
The last earning call they finally announced Microsoft is using their tech in their glasses, only problem is they are not getting paid shit for them using it.
Also they are in the same town as Microsoft.
This is purely a theory of mine(and others but it makes sense), but I think they sold that division to Microsoft or have some deal in place. No way Microsoft does not buy out that patent. They have plenty of cash and its a win/win for both.
The flip side is since they aren't paying shit to use it, no need to buy it.
It will be interesting to see who wins the LiDAR war.

Top was in holy fuck. Market is drilling. Sold up 25 percent worth of stock. Next week will be a massacre. Rip spy

nice day for my patience being against CELH.
Wish MILE would have a lil run
Intraday Short on SE, DASH and ABNB today all paid.
I keep shorting more AMC lol

my lidar plays are turning into a clusterfuck. the spreads are so lucrative that i keep pumping more in, instead of getting out quickly like i planned. (and i'm now in lidr, too. ffs. what is wrong with me?)

closed all my tmc short puts for ~25% gain (from friday), still have a small amount of shares i (stupidly, i guess) sold 9/17 calls on. so i couldn't take advantage of the squeeze, err pump and dump that i apparently walked into.

missed most of the morning dip opportunity by spacing out/micro managing. oh, well.

Wish MILE would have a lil run

i glitched out and bought more mile today instead of root. (saw the premiums, was buying to sell calls) then was like, wait, where did the $1 $10Cs go?

<{1-1}>

i hate weekends, they really fuck up my trading rhythm.

lol bought some SDC when it was rewflexively down 3% after hrs and sold up 1%, ayyyy

KPLT such a goddang tease now back at 7.45 after hrs from the 3.4 levels I was playing hurts to see how much easy money I coulda had with a few more days of patience.

Meh missed that juicy ROOT dip to load up more, ran over 8% from the bottom. Strong close by ROOT today. Looks solid for a swing.

I love it when a plan comes together.
$BLU
I bought some a while ago after a failed FDA approval. They have a chronic cough drug which failed on some minor items. Stock took a shit. I bought some and now it’s up 40% the last week and it looks like approval is on its way. That said it’s a niche drug but a money maker so 8-10 is probably the ceiling.

LMT is tanking bros.

Started buying again at $349. Just bought some more at $342.92.

lolz @ srng.

i walked into another pump and dump. (bought yesterday @9 after seeing ark gobbling it). sold $10c. oh, well.
