I know, I'm chasing which is trash. I'm very bullish in the next month or two in general but not sure how to capture it.

not sure yet. i have some shares. might replace them with leaps.

i'm short puts atm, which obviously could end up with more shares. i should probably read up on it, though. i don't know why it sold off a bit on the ER beat and buyback, so i assume guidance is weak or there's some other risk factor.

Could be a good opporetunity if they come back swinging.

Got weed played golf and hooked with my buddy that lives in Vegas that night. He preceded to tell me he still gets his weed from a dealer and not the store because his dealer is cheaper and delivers. Got out of $ACb shortly there after that conversation.

The tax in Cali is close to 40%. With less cops and full decriminalization, the local drug dealer is going to see a boom real soon.

Unlike alcohol, weed has no barriers to enter and with laws allowing personal growing there is no way to enforce or police. Alcohol has a three tier system where the wholesalers act as the greatest tax collectors on earth. Weed will never have that with all the fragmented producers and ways to consume.

The local gumbints are simply satisfied with the new windfall of taxes and are naive to what is actually being left on the table.

I wouldn’t touch a pot stock with a 10 foot pole.

I bought all my ACB shares back in 2016 when it was still around $3.00, sold all my shares around the Canadian legalization date in October 2018 made some great profit off of it. It was clear though that ACB was diluting their stock way too much, that's why I have since stayed away from them.

Looking at CELH Celsisus as a short off earnings.
Up huge.
100 mil in rev for some energy drink fad. 2 bil valuation.
Their social pages are all hilariously padded (150k FB likes, and their posts get like 10 likes and 2 comments) and they were on Cramer around $20/share a few months ago and now trade at $32.

Big fad crash?
I have literally never seen this shit sold and doesn't seem to have any moat.
