I think the Fed loosening up will destroy Pot in the long run. Unlike alcohol there are limited barriers to entry and no way to control and tax with any level of effectiveness. You can't simply make Bourbon or scotch in your backyard and bottle and distribute.

I'm thinking the same. If it passes...competition will be steep. Big money will poor in and there will be many losers for every winner.

Planet 13 is like the cabellas of pot. They have high end pot super stores. Im thinking if its legal than people will be more price sensitive. It won't be as much of a novelty when you visit the cities that they operate in.
