Damn forgot FVRR guy was gonna be interviewed on CNBC. Should have reentered at 26.6, ran back to 29 prolly 30+ now.

The CNBC desk ppl are fucking morons. "oimg the democrats gonna ruin you!!!" no you tards the contractor legislation is about contractors who continually work for a single company who should be providing benefits, not one-off gigs thru a fucking marketplace lol

This oil sabotage is so sketch. How convenient to happen right after the price of oil tanked to 50 lol

I'm thinking Lulu gets an upgrade after basically being flat off solid earnings

Went ahead and bought some CRM today. A little over 150.

I should have sold Lulu earlier obviously. I am close to buying more at these prices.

Hey at least you werent sitting there hemming and hawwing over FVRR at 27.4 when you could be selling it at 34 now lol. Another puss-out on a solid IPO causing me to miss a 5 figure gain lol

True story.

one of my best friends (RIP) had a chance to buy 50% of Lulu for $500k back when they were still in their very early formative stages. He called it the biggest 'miss' of his career.

CHAP is the worst stock i've seen since tenneco.

sold at a huge loss just to get out and never see it again. it has a massive downward momentum (down ~20% this week) and basically zero volume.

Not saying it will come back but it is trading at 1/4 book value and had a 20% pop in one day not too long ago. I may just put some away from a rainy day. Buying at 3.05 here.

Fuck should have re-entered FVRR at 36 when I had a chance, ended up herding at 39.5 lol. Still gonna be hyped I think and make me a few % after hours and premarket.

How convenient I bought oil on that dip. I obviously didn't expect this but I expected oil would rise at least a little again soon.

Down 15% on my Starbucks puts so far but still a good day. I got till August on those puts too.

How do I start on stocks, bro? I wanna be rich and coked up too!

my days of coke are probably over. Seriously though, I started with a series of lectures from the Great Courses series by The Teaching Company. They have award winning teachers in their field.

You can find it on torrent for free. Also, investopedia is a good site.

I did trade some cocoa last year though. It went on a run due to bad weather in africa but is cheap now. I actually learned quite a bit about the world when researching stocks.

Thanks! I'll check it out.

semiconductors taking a beating by way of broadcom's report.

probably a good time to get back on amd. lolz @ morons always doing this. 'this company that makes chips for huawei phones is down, obviously the entire semiconductor industry is down!' funnier still when it's a direct competitor (ie: intel and amd)...

Well yes and no. While I agree and industry-wide retreat is silly; these are the most up to date industry tea-leaves and just because it's a tad irrational doesn't mean buy if the irrationality continues. I'm worried that AMD's price already has all the good news baked in from E3.
I had Broadcom short and foolishly covered at 266 think most of the tariff fear was already baked in, but the market is a brutal beast.
Same happened with that stupid Lovesac company (not chips) the other day; I scored a 10% dropped but the tariff fears in their guidance bled it out another 14% without me :(

I trade stocks and work in the music biz part time and I'm probably the only person on that venn-diagram who has never tried coke haha.

amd had a terrible e3. their good news was mostly computex and hype up to e3.
