Junior landed like 500 body jabs on Stipe. Struve outboxed him.

Werdum on the other hand landed tremendous body kicks on Browne, kneed the fuck out of Nelson and Cain.

That's because JDS is a better boxer or did you forget he's the only person to chin Werdum out cold? Roy Nelson hasn't been relevant for years and Travis Browne got knocked out by Arlovski just 2 fights ago, for all we know Cain could be a shell of his former self.

He placed 6th in a Golden Gloves tournament on the national level. I don't have a source of the top of my head but I read it pretty recently. He's obviously not Ali or Mayweather but his boxing is prerty elite for MMA.

Stipe stood toe-to-toe with JDS for 5 rounds in a fight that could have gone either way, if Werdum stood toe-to-toe with JDS he'd be on his back begging JDS to engage with him within a round.

that was k-1 champion reem immediately after he won k-1 WGP. Ben knocked out a deflated guy that was k-1 champion like 4 years in the past.
 
Werdum starts flopping to his back and panic wrestling like the 2nd Reem fight.
 
I assumed no one gave any credence to "so-and-so is a Golden Gloves champ, Joe," anyway. It seems every guy in the UFC that ever did a little boxing was a GG champ.

A trade training with Crocop help him to start learning this
He is like Frank Mir, a great bjj fighter but a bit desilusional when he think he is an as great kickboxer because of one two flucky win
