Stipe defeating Jones won't be an upset

Very true, tall slim Roy...oh how Dana would've creamed for that sir lol.
The ideal male physique
The pinnacle of superior athletic performance
When I see Roy Nelson's physique, I not only see a rock-hard chiseled body, I see the countless thousands of hours of dedication and sacrifice, The strict dieting and weight-cutting. The mental discipline required to stick to a vigorous training and diet programs.

What always baffled me about him is he had decent cardio somehow lol.

I know that you haven't told me a single guy that was anything like Jon that Stipe fought/beat.

Conversely, you haven't told me a single guy that was anything like HW Champion Stipe Miocic that Jon Jones has ever fought.

That's more you being full of shit than me here.

No, you are blind to the fact Stipe is a more dangerous fight for Jones than any he has ever had.
Stipe is more accomplished, naturally bigger, stronger, and hits harder than anyone Jones has ever faced in his life.

At this point, I don't even think you're full of shit anymore; I think you're a blind idiot.

You got me defending a guy I hate and you still can't prove anything.

I didn't "get you" to do anything.

You took it upon yourself to offer a total exaggeration as to Jones' strengths, as a mock-rebuttal of what I said.

At this point, we'll just agree to disagree.

I don't see either of them knocking the other out. I also don't see either of them submitting the other. That leaves a decision, and while Stipe is an incredible fighter, I'm just not sure how he outpoints Jones over five rounds.

Beating the GOAT, regardless of conditions, is an upset

Reyes fights a lot like Stipe if you want to be technical.
He doesn't have Stipes chin, but he does fight similar.

I do think Reyes won that fight, but Reyes wasn't 41 years old and he didn't have the wars that Stipe has.

<LikeReally5>
*He's 41
*2-2 of his last 4
*30 months of ringrust.
*Was brutally KOed in his last fight.

So yes, he beating Jon Jones wouldn't just be an upset, but the biggest upset in the history of the sport.

Don't exaggerate. It's not an identical scenario, but when Randy Couture beat Silvia, he was 44 years old and 2-2 in his last four with two losses (including a "brutal KO" in his fight leading up to the title shot). He also had not fought at heavyweight in almost five years. Silvia, on the other hand, had won his last six fights, including three finishes and three title defenses. And yes, Randy was an underdog, and yes, we all remember the fight as a thrilling subversion of expectations, but that's about as close to perfect comparison as you can get in this sport, and no one considers that fight the "biggest upset in the history of the sport."

Jones isn't going to KO or submit Miocic. He'll have to win a decision, and he struggled with that against Reyes and Santos - two fighters in his primary division when Jones had no rust at all. If you feel this is an easy win for Jones, by all means put some money on it. But I really doubt it'll be that simple.

Stipe was a super slow plodder 31 months ago at 234lb. Coming in heavier as he says he will do, at 41 years old? He's going look like he's trudging through Passchendaele en route to getting beat by Jon

This is the first time i have some doubts about jones..

Mma odds says very little.. it's just not like any other sport..

You are either a troll, or a retard, to compare Reyes to Stipe.

First of all, Stipe is a railed-down 230, not a semi-soft 205.

Reyes is a southpaw, non-wrestler, and a non-champion — whose mediocre talent had him losing to every excellent fighter he faced, in a lower weight division.

Meanwhile, aside from the massive size difference, Stipe is orthodox, a wrestler, a Champion, a high level boxer, who not only was a Champion — but who had the talent, and the heart, to beat all of the other Champions he's ever faced, in the higher weight division.

Sit down and shut up, troll (or retard), whichever is.
