Since Star wars has risen back to GOAT status and is the sole focus of all life again, how old are you,and what are your first memories of this illustrious trilogy, and well, those other things they did.
This is going to end well I'm sure.
For all the hype The Mandalorian got, I thought it was bang average, tbh.
Fuck this year...
I have an original boba, the one you had to send proof of purchases in to get, it’s worth a couple grand.ahh they arent worth that much individually. If you saved all of them and sold them together, thats where the real money seems to be at. I looked at how much that Jabba's band thing would sell for and its only $200 bucks. I had ALOT of shit from the 90s tho. If i had saved all that,I think i could have fetched a pretty penny for the lot.
Didn't feel like buying the Walmart exclusive Retro Boba Fett re-release? I never saw it in store or online.I have an original boba, the one you had to send proof of purchases in to get, it’s worth a couple grand.
it’s here somewhere my kid plays with it.
he loves all my old Star Wars toys. When he got into star. Wars he was in heaven. We went into the attic and got my old Star Wars toys down I still had.
He was in heaven instantly haveing tons of Star Wars stuff. And going to ghrandma’s. To see what was at her house too.

What I really want is a modern Boba Fett 6" or 3.75" done in the old Kenner colors.
I had this guy growing up...I would say I wish I still did, but toys back then were made for playing with...
Several hundreds of dollars in package now....

Oh, shit, the SW thread is heeeeeeeeere.
Keiran Gillens run of Darth Vader for Marvel comics is some of the best Star Wars shit you've ever seen. READ IT!
Soules newer run is also good, but Gillens is epic.
I'm 41. Arguably my earliest movie memories are star wars. I remember it being such a big deal that we were taping on TV with our super new invention, the VCR. Now we had Star Wars with commercial breaks! I watched that shit endlessly.
At one point we ended up getting a copies of the entire series from a friend who did the whole doubLe VCR recording so you had a legit recording that was unedited. But for some bizzare reason the recording flubbed during RotJ so we had this random cut of Chuck Norris is Missing in Action spliced into the jabbas barge scene.
I must have watched the original 100 times, Juicy Fruit commercials and all.
I remember those Dixie Cups, and that wall paper is great. You inspired me to dig out my dusty box of geek treasures. I found a box of Star Wars Dixie Cups and a roll of Star Wars wallpaper, both worth nothing I'm sure but I've had them since the seventies.

I remember being like 5 and my parents rented a VCR and The Terminator. I was probably 5. They let me stay up and watch it. I was terrified for months. Couldn't sleep.
I miss the 80's.
Had those, and then my dad went and fucking sold them.I still got most of these guys (they were in left in the bar in my parents basement when we moved in when I was 6...)

I am 54. I was 11 years old when A New Hope was released and I have been a fan ever since. One detail that i remember that i pressed me at the time was the state of some of the ships. Prior to SW a lot of scifi movies had spaceships as these shiny new things, always clean. And boom, SW. rings along ships with heat stains, oil etc. Nice detail.Since Star wars has risen back to GOAT status and is the sole focus of all life again, how old are you,and what are your first memories of this illustrious trilogy, and well, those other things they did.
