An 8th season? You mean it could come back?
I don't think so. But they had plans for an 8th season.

No, they could've kept going, but the actors all had 7 year deals and would cost to much to keep going. DS9 has never gotten any attention until recently, when people rediscovered it on streaming sites and were able to binge watch it. There have been no documentaries, movies, and other media like TOS and TNG get, so its exciting for DS9 to get its due. Its being made By DS9 showrunner Ira Steven Behr, and Adam Nimoy. An 8th season? Notice the sound of a ship cloaking towards the end of the video? Is it Discovery that has the cloak(looking more likely that it is a klingon/federation ship, or section 31 stole a cloak and a Klingon are hunting them down) Also the ship designs look alot better, but not sure what is discovery and what is the shen Zhou.Well shit I am getting excited!!!!

Yeah the display ship is the uss shenzhou, and is based on a John Eaves design. He created it on the 2000s for an Australian Star Trek club.I would assume that the one we see on the photos is the Discovery and the one that looks like the Reliant is the other ship.

There is a new documentary coming out that reunites the cast, and writing staff and they discuss the 8th seasonwhat was the plot?
I think they almost made this for Netflix. It was released on the international Netflix sites, before the North American CBS release. You know what's crazy, I can only watch the Netflix version of this trailer. CBS actually geoblocked their version of it!

TNG and DS9 both got pretty epic finales.thanks. I will watch. I really liked DS9 but when the Dominion War ended, that was ok to wrap up the show. I did not need to see Ben build a house on Bajor and be all Black Jesus
