How could we forget. That was some of the hottest shit ever.

We weren't discussing the merits of the film... only 3-4 scenes within the film.

Fair enough. I hate cheating, and I can't get past that part of it, so I hate that movie. And the scenes piss me off so I have no attraction to Diane Lane.

I got my new St W t-shirt last night. I like the new design, and XL fits me much better than the L one. I am hyoooge

After comparing both for a couple of weeks, I have come to the conclusion that I prefer using a 2inch diameter piece of PVC pipe to a traditional foam roller.

The foam roller just doesn't dig in enough to really work out the tough spots.

While we seem to be in flux between topics, I'll throw one that I've been mulling over out there for general discussion:

We can all think of a near-endless list of sloppy MMA fights. Wild, ugly punches, shoddy ground work, submissions just begging to be taken but never pulled through; it's not hard to come up with a good top 10 ugliest fights in MMA.

The other end of the spectrum eludes me, though. What is the most technically perfect fight we've seen so far? Cristp, accurate standup, solid ground work, maybe a slick submission attempt or two, but most importantly, nothing just plain UGLY in there to mar the fight. So what do you think, fight fans? What was the most technically sound MMA fight we've seen to date?

Anderson Silva's domination of Franklin was text book muay thai. Crisp, clean striking, great clinch work, and a brutal stoppage.

Diaz-Sanchez. The ground work was unbelievable. Then again, I might be slightly partial to one of the participants...

Some of Tyson Griffin's recent fights have been pretty technical, and awesome to watch.

GSP/Hughes 2 was aesthetically pleasing due to GSP's crazy TD defense and awesome striking.

And you can never go wrong with CC/Fedor.....wasn't the most technical fight but still great to watch.

I prefer the dichotomy presented by Silva's destruction of Leben.

I havent seen that one. There's too many good boxing matches this fall for me to bother with that barbaric cagefighting nonsense...
