Smoking before a workout isn't something I like to do. It puts a damper on both the high and the workout.

One of the guys from my gym was smoking cigarettes before his fight. He's a nut. He also asked me to teach him the superman punch about 3 minutes before he went out. He used it in the fight and got a knockdown.
