I ordered a Gameness gi, when Ron set up the group buy, and i recieved it today. The service i recieved was probably the best i've experienced from a gear retailer so far. Ron answered my emails within the hour and was very helpful with any questions i had. Shipping was really fast ( 6 days to Sweden). Im definately buying from SSF again! Robert.
Indeed he does go WAYYYY out of his way to help his customers. He is having a pair of 44 or 46 can't remember shorts being made specially for me so I can be his big and tall tester and hopefully we can get enough interest so we can get a bunch of ppl to buy them, but I am rambling, ssfgear is numero uno when it comes to customer service!

It seems like there is a trend of more and more places being genuinely concerned about having great customer service. hearing this makes me want to order something from ssfgear. Too bad I'm broke right now but keep up the good work.

I received my Gi today. There was originally a problem with my order being lost, so to make up for it he sent me 3 free T-shirts and even offered to upgrade it to a Blue Gi for free (which I turned down cause I needed white) which was awesome. Everybody makes mistakes and he more than made up for it. 100% Great Service!!! Would reccomend SSFgear to anybody and everybody lol.

Not to piss on them, but here are some complaints I have: 1) If something is not in stock, don't put it on the website. This isn't a big deal, but there is better ecommerce software that will allow you to have an inventory and let the customers know that it is OOS. In thier defense, I was emailed before it was processed and told it was OOS. 2) I never received a tracking number. Most online stores provide you with this as soon as it ships. I ordered on Thursday evening, and was told I would get a tracking # next day, which never came. I just emailed them in the early evening about the tracking info, so I hope I hear from them tomorrow.
