I've been seeing this guy a lot lately. Who is he, another weak YouTube lifting guru trying to cash in on rehashing the same basic information for the billionth time?

Or maybe it's just you who keeps posting him. No idea.

You stepped on your dick with this one. A moment or two using the googles...

Getting there. Hit 305 for a triple this morning. First time I tried to hit a 1rm for squats was in May/June and it was 305. I'm trying to hit 4 plates by March 1st.

Thanks. I've luckily never had a serious injury (knock on wood, all that shit) but I didn't get into lifting until pretty late in life (28 years old) so it feels pretty good to be putting up big boy numbers on the big lifts.

Work gym finally added a box that goes below parallel for my tiny hobbit shins. When i finish this cycle of juggernaut I'll re-start with the lower box. Right now hitting about 335 for a single at 150lbs bw, but above parallel for sure.

My proprioception in my knee is complete shit since the ACL repair, so if it's not a light enough weight for me to go calves-to-hamstrings the height creeps up. Hence the boxes to insure i'm actually doing the same work with each rep.

I know what you mean, I only have a portion of my ACL intact in my right knee. When I first started squatting after the injury I couldn't even squat parallel with the empty bar. So I squatted to a high box, added 20lb a week and then when it started getting difficult I reset to a light weight and lowered the box. Once I got to 285x5 on a below parallel box, I reset to 135lb and did regular squats. It was a slow process but 10 months after I started I was able to hit 405.

Nice work flash especially after all that bitching about your knees.

Cheers bruh. I know, I moaned like a little bitch and threw my toys out of the pram. For what it's worth, my knees the next day were tight as fuark.

He doesn't need YouTube, he owns his own gym, shitdick.
